โœจ To meditate on today

According to the Dhammapada, passion burns like a fire and hatred ravages like a disaster, while quietude, the inner peace of one who no longer clings to the small self, is the greatest happiness. Today, when you feel agitation or anger rising, stop for three slow breaths and taste that moment of quietude.
