✨ To meditate on today
According to the Lotus Sutra, we are like this man asleep at his friend’s house: without his knowing it, a jewel has been tied to his garment; in the same way, goodness and the capacity to awaken are already within us, even when we forget it. Today, notice in yourself a precious quality you had forgotten, patience, gentleness or courage, and put it at someone’s service.
