โœจ To meditate on today

According to the Gospel of Buddha, the Buddha asks his disciples to be fully present to everything they do: eating, drinking, walking, standing, sleeping, waking, talking or being silent. Today, choose an ordinary gesture (drinking your coffee, walking to your door, washing your hands) and do it fully present, following each movement from beginning to end.
