✨ To meditate on today

According to the Udâna, seeing his disciple Mahâmoggallâna meditating on the body, the Buddha says that the bhikkhu (the monk) who is attentive to his body and master of his five senses, the “five realms” of contact (sight, hearing, smell, taste, touch), dwells in peace and will find his own deliverance. Today, before reacting to what you see or hear, come back for a moment to your body, sitting or standing, then calmly choose your response.
