✨ To meditate on today
According to the Sutta-Nipâta, those who have understood the teaching of the safe island (“without anything, without grasping”) and seen the Dhamma, the truth taught by the Buddha, remain thoughtful and calm: Mara, figure of temptation and agitation, no longer has any hold on them. Today, when a pressing urge or an annoyance pushes you to react, take three calm breaths before acting and simply look at what is trying to grip you.
