✨ To meditate on today

According to the Gospel of Buddha, the Buddha thanks Visākhā, a generous disciple: by giving unstintingly and with a pure heart, she spreads joy, eases pain, and her gift blesses her as much as those who receive it. Today, give something without calculating (your time, your help, a smile), then in turn thank a generous person around you.
