โœจ To meditate on today

According to the Dhammapada, just as the craftsman patiently gives shape to water, to the bow or to wood, whoever stays faithful to his commitments shapes himself, day after day. Today, choose a simple commitment to yourself (a word kept, a moment of calm, an act of kindness) and keep it until evening, like a craftsman working on his piece.
