✨ To meditate on today

According to Chuang Tzu, when we stop looking at everything and listening to everything in order to wrap our mind in calm, the body itself recovers its uprightness, and we live in lasting peace. Today, give yourself ten minutes without screens or noise, eyes half closed, and let your body straighten and relax by itself.
