✨ To meditate on today
According to Rumi, we constantly look at the foam, the waves of thoughts, worries and events, and forget the mighty sea, the divine reality that carries them. Today, each time you feel agitated, inwardly call what occupies you “foam”, then take three slow breaths while thinking of the deep, calm sea beneath it.
