โจ To meditate on today
According to Rumi, a bird caught in a trap, tormented by its thoughts, turns to God, the Beloved, and asks Him only to lay His hand on its head: that hand is enough to calm it. Today, when your thoughts become tangled, gently place your hand on your forehead or on your heart, breathe, and imagine the kindly hand of God bringing you peace.
