✨ To meditate on today
According to Ramana Maharshi, japa, the inner repetition of a divine name, helps meditation: little by little the mind becomes one with the name repeated, and one understands what worship truly is, losing oneself lovingly in what one worships. Today, choose a divine name or a sacred word that speaks to you, and repeat it gently while walking, waiting or washing the dishes.
