✨ To meditate on today

According to The Gospel of Buddha, even those who act under the sway of hatred can be transformed: by taking refuge in the Buddha, that is, by entrusting themselves to his example of peace, their heart is filled with goodwill and love. Today, if anger rises in you against someone, take three breaths while thinking of the Buddha’s calm, then wish them well.
