✨ To meditate on today

According to the Udâna, the Buddha compares his community to the ocean: as the great rivers lose their names in it and become simply the ocean, those who follow his way leave behind their caste and origin to form a single family. Today, look at each person you meet beyond their label (job, origin, rank), as part of the same ocean.
