✨ To meditate on today

According to the Gospel of Buddha, the Jhānas are four degrees of meditation: recollection, then a tranquillity full of joy, then a delight in things spiritual, and finally a perfect peace, beyond gladness and grief. Today, take five quiet minutes, let your breathing settle, and welcome the calm joy that comes, without trying to hold on to it.
