✨ To meditate on today
According to the Mahâparinibbâna Sutta, the Buddha gives his community seven qualities that make it grow instead of decline: mental attention, the search for truth, energy, joy, peace, contemplation and equanimity (an even mind that is not carried away). Today, choose one of these seven qualities and cultivate it consciously, for example by meeting each annoyance with equanimity.
