โœจ To meditate on today

According to Chuang Tzu, the sage who guides others holds only the handle, as a pilot holds the helm, without getting involved in every detail; he seeks what is essential, lets heaven and earth do their work and lets each being follow its path, and so his mind remains at peace. Today, notice something you try to control down to the smallest detail, keep only what is essential and let the rest take care of itself.
