The Tao, considered as unchanging, has no name. Though in its primordial simplicity it may be small, the whole world dares not deal with it as a minister. If a feudal prince or the king could guard and hold it, all would spontaneously submit themselves to him. Heaven and earth unite together and send down the sweet dew, which, without the directions of men, reaches equally everywhere as of its own accord.

โจ To meditate on today
According to Lao Tzu, the Tao, eternal and nameless, seems very small, and yet nothing in the world can dominate It; when we remain faithful to It, heaven and earth unite to send down a sweet dew and peace comes of itself, without anyone ordering it. Today, instead of giving instructions, try to bring peace through your own calm, like dew falling gently.
