โจ To meditate on today
According to Rumi, the Persian Sufi poet, God, who raises the tops of the cypresses toward the sky and turns winter into spring, can also bring forth joy in the very heart of sadness. Today, in a sad moment, simply ask God for a little joy, and seek to offer some in turn to someone who is sad: a visit, a word, a smile.
