โœจ To meditate on today

According to the Kena-upanishad, behind your listening, your thinking, your speech, your breath and your gaze there is a deeper presence, Brahman (the divine Reality), which makes them all possible; the wise who unite with it, beyond the senses, reach what does not die. Today, when you listen to someone or look at a landscape, silently notice the quiet presence that listens and sees within you.
