✨ To meditate on today

According to the Khândogya-upanishad, whoever has discovered the Self in the depths of their heart lives in such fullness that what they wish for comes to them: here, friends themselves come to welcome them, and they are happy. Today, think gratefully of a friend and send them a simple word of affection, or warmly welcome someone who comes toward you.
