✨ To meditate on today

According to the Ramayana of Tulsidas, Rama, revered as God made man, teaches his brothers that no religious practice equals charity — active kindness toward others — and that no vice is worse than wishing others harm. Today, do a concrete and discreet act of kindness for someone, and whenever an ill-willed thought arises, replace it with a wish for that person's good.
