According to Kabir, the mystic poet of India, love finds its perfection when it is united with the Beloved, God loved with all one’s heart; then the heat and restlessness of the heart can be cooled. Today, when your heart is agitated, place your hand on your chest, breathe slowly and offer this longing to the Beloved.
