✨ To meditate on today

According to the Bhagavad Gita, Krishna teaches the warrior Arjuna, called here Bharata (“descendant of Bharata”), that the Lord dwells in the heart of all beings and moves them; taking refuge in Him with your whole being opens, by His grace, onto supreme peace. Today, when you feel torn or anxious, place your hand on your heart and inwardly entrust the situation to this presence before you act.
