✨ To meditate on today

According to the Ashtavakra Gita, a dialogue of wisdom between the sage Ashtavakra and King Janaka, suffering does not come from things but from the thoughts we add to them; when we see this clearly, desires loosen and peace is found everywhere. Today, when an annoyance arises, ask yourself: “What thought is making me suffer here?” and let it pass like a cloud.
