✨ To meditate on today
According to the Katha-upanishad, one of the great wisdom texts of India, the teaching ends with a shared prayer of master and pupil: to be protected together, to grow together in strength and light, and never to quarrel; “Om” is the sacred syllable that opens and closes the prayer. Today, before a discussion or a piece of work with others, inwardly wish: “May our knowledge become bright, may we never quarrel,” then enter the exchange in that spirit.
