✨ To meditate on today
According to Tulsidas, in his Ramayana, Rāma describes in this way those who are dear to Him as His own life: they share the sorrow of others and rejoice in their joy, are tender of heart, honour everyone without claiming honour for themselves; a heart in which these qualities live is the heart of a saint. Today, choose one of these qualities, for example sincerely rejoicing in someone else's joy, and live it consciously at least once before evening.
