✨ To meditate on today
According to the Khândogya-upanishad, the Self, the presence that looks through your eyes, is immortal and fearless: it is Brahman, the Absolute, and nothing can stain it, any more than butter or water poured on it can cling to it, just as water slides off a lotus leaf. Today, when a word or a worry touches you, imagine it sliding off you like water, and breathe peacefully.
