✨ To meditate on today

According to Tukaram, the poet entrusts himself to the kindness of Panduranga, a name of God worshipped at Pandharpur in the form of Vitthal, and feels that it is He who carries his burden. Today, choose one specific worry that weighs on you, name it, then set it down inwardly, saying: “I do not carry it alone.”
