Preserve me, O Lord, for I have put trust in Thee. I have said to the Lord, Thou art my God, for Thou hast no need of my goods. To the saints, who are in His land, He hath made wonderful all my desires in them.

According to the psalmist, the one who prays takes shelter with God, acknowledges Him as his only true good, and holds a deep affection for the “saints,” the faithful who live around him. Today, in a moment of worry, say again “I have put trust in Thee,” then express your affection to a good person you know, with a word or a message.
