โœจ To meditate on today

According to the Gospel of Thomas, the inner search goes through stages: seeking without tiring, finding, being shaken, then marvelling; being troubled is not a failure but a passage toward wonder. Today, when something bothers or surprises you, instead of pushing it away, gently ask yourself what it can teach you, and stay curious until wonder replaces the unrest.
