✨ To meditate on today

According to the Book of Lamentations, written after the destruction of Jerusalem, the poet, in the depths of his distress, chooses to remember what brings hope back to life: God’s mercies have not run out. This evening, look back over your day and, even if it was heavy, name at least one sign of kindness you received or gave, as a reason to hope for tomorrow.
