✨ To meditate on today

According to the Itivuttaka, the Buddha teaches that whoever chooses goodness as a friend, remains respectful and attentive, gradually frees himself from the “fetters” (the attachments that bind the mind). Today, spend a moment with someone who draws you toward the best, or be that kind friend yourself for someone.
