✨ To meditate on today

According to the Gospel of Buddha, the Buddha’s teaching comforts those who are weary and sorrowful, restores peace to those whom life has broken, and gives courage back to those about to stop hoping. Today, if you feel tired, grant yourself a real, kind pause; and if someone near you is giving up, say a word that restores their confidence in themselves.
