✨ To meditate on today
According to the Sutta-Nipâta, the Buddha, answering the farmer Kasibhâradvâja, compares exertion to the animal that pulls the plough: it carries him, without turning back, to Nibbana (Nirvana), where sorrow is no longer known. Today, choose a good habit that costs you a little effort (getting up on time, tidying, calling someone) and do it steadily, step by step, without judging yourself.
