✨ To meditate on today

According to the Gospel of Buddha, just after his awakening, the Buddha sings of the happiness of being good and kind, self-controlled and free from passion, and declares that the highest joy comes from letting go of the pride of “I am I”. Today, in a situation where your ego would like to shine or have the last word, make room for the other person and notice the lightness it brings you.
