They are endowed with such gifts of mental disposition and such advantages of a blameless outward form that I can announce to them: in future ye shall become Buddhas benevolent and compassionate.

According to the Lotus of the True Law, the Buddha announces to those whose hearts are pure and full of compassion that they will in turn become Buddhas, good and compassionate: the kindness we cultivate today is the seed of what we will become. Today, tell someone the quality of heart you see in them and encourage them to let it grow.
