✨ To meditate on today

According to the Mahâ-Sudassana Sutta, King Sudassana, the “Great King of Glory,” wonders where his greatness comes from, and understands that it is the fruit of three qualities: giving, self-conquest and self-control. Today, practise these three qualities once each: give something without expecting anything back, keep calm in a tense moment, and give up a needless word or purchase.
