โœจ To meditate on today

According to the Dhammapada, those who, recollected in meditation, taste the calm of one who no longer chases after desires and have reached bodhi, awakening, have so happy a lot that even the gods envy them. Today, give yourself ten minutes of rest without doing or seeking anything, sitting quietly, and taste this calm that depends on nothing.
