✨ To meditate on today

According to the Dhammapada, the true Brahmana (the truly noble one, in the Buddha’s sense) is the one who has crossed the troubled river of existence and reached “the other shore,” peace: recollected, free from craving and anxious curiosity, he needs nothing and is content. Today, at a moment when you would like something more, pause and simply savour what you already have, telling yourself: “this is enough.”
