✨ To meditate on today
According to The Gospel of Buddha, the Buddha explains to General Simha that true victory is not crushing one’s adversary: it is, after a struggle, extinguishing all hatred in one’s heart, lifting up the one who is down and offering him peace; that victory bears fruits that last forever. Today, after a disagreement in which you had the last word, reach out to the other person: a word of peace, a gesture of reconciliation.
