✨ To meditate on today

According to The Gospel of Buddha, the Buddha (the Tathāgata, “the one who has thus come”) describes what clothes and shelters those who pass on his teaching: patience as a garment, charity and love of all beings as a home. Today, as you step through the door of your home or workplace, remember that your true dwelling is kindness, and offer a kind word to the first person you meet there.
