✨ To meditate on today
According to the Smaller Pragñâpâramitâ-hridaya-sûtra (the Heart Sutra), the bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara explains to Śāriputra, a disciple of the Buddha, that form and emptiness are not separate: nothing exists in a fixed and isolated way, everything is connected and in motion. Today, when a situation or a person seems stuck to you, remember that it is not fixed and look at it with more lightness and openness.
