✨ To meditate on today

According to the Sutta-Nipāta, the Buddha welcomes a brahmin (a priest of ancient India) who has come to question him: he invites him to ask freely, for he may find before him a man who is calm, without anger and free from desire. Today, when someone comes to ask you for something, welcome them in the same way: calmly, without impatience, inviting them to speak freely.
