✨ To meditate on today

According to the Sutta-Nipâta, the disciple Piṅgiya describes to a brahmin the master he has met: the Buddha, the one who dispels darkness, understands the world and has left behind all suffering, and he marvels that he came to him. Today, think of a person who has brightened your life (a teacher, a friend, a parent) and speak of them with gratitude to someone, as Piṅgiya speaks of his master.
