✨ To meditate on today

According to the Larger Sukhâvatî-vyûha, in Sukhâvatî, the Pure Land of the Buddha Amitābha, the rivers, the birds and the music make sounds that teach; listening to them, everyone feels a deep joy, joined to calm and detachment. Today, take two minutes to listen to a simple sound around you (the wind, water, a bird, the rain) without naming or judging it, and let it calm you.
