✨ To meditate on today

According to the Gospel of Buddha, the Buddha compares the understanding of truth to a cool drink: whoever tastes it calms down and is freed from agitation, passions and wrong-doing. Today, when you feel agitation rising, slowly drink a glass of water with full attention and ask yourself: “What is true, here, right now?”
