โœจ To meditate on today

According to the Dhammapada, whoever covers his past mistakes with good deeds lights up the world like the moon coming out of the clouds: the past does not imprison him. Today, think of a clumsy act you regret and, without judging yourself, do a good deed that goes the other way (a kind word where you were harsh, help where you fell short).
