✨ To meditate on today

According to Śāntideva in the Bodhicaryâvatâra, it is by habit that we take this body for “me”; through a new habit, we can learn to recognize the other as a part of ourselves and love him as we love ourselves. Today, before each person you meet, say inwardly “he too is me,” and treat that person with the care you would have for yourself.
