✨ To meditate on today
According to the Gospel of Buddha, at the end of his life the Buddha tells his disciple Ānanda that he has hidden nothing: he has passed everything on, without reserving a secret (“esoteric”) teaching for a few, without keeping any truth in a closed fist. Today, generously share a skill or a useful tip with a colleague or someone close to you, without keeping part of it for yourself.
