✨ To meditate on today

According to Shantideva, in the Bodhicaryâvatâra, just as we naturally take care of our hands and feet because they are part of our body, we can love all beings, for they are part of the same great body of life. Today, treat a person you meet with the same spontaneous care you give to your own body.
